I warmly welcome you to my ordination, in which I have been working for more than 20 years. As an internist and university professor at the Vienna General Hospital, I am particularly concerned with the diagnosis and therapy of thromboses, blood clotting disorders and blood diseases. I acquired special knowledge during long stays at renowned hospitals in London, California and New York City. It is my great interest to make my expertise available to you.

Deep vein thrombosis

Deep vein thrombosis and its sequelae pulmonary embolism and post-thrombotic syndrome are some of the most common disorders. A thrombus either arises spontaneously or is caused by clinical conditions including surgery, trauma, or prolonged bed rest.
